---Design Format
We can assist you in designing your own plastic card.You can provide your company logo,basic requirement of the card(such as color,style,etc),then we will tailor-made your card at your satisfied design.
Or,you can utilize our generic card design.We accept file format of .psd,.jpg,.tif,.bmp for Photoshop,.cdr for CoralDraw,.eps for Freehand and .ai for Illustrator. Please refer to Artwork Requirement Section for more information.
---Artwork Size

Our standard card size is 85.5mm X 54mm.The artwork size should not less than 87mm X 55mm.Also,we recommend of using 300DPI for artwork.For more detail,Please visit our artwork requirement section.

 
Embossing
---Embossing
Embossing is the raised character printing that you find on credit cards for your account number,name,etc. Each letter and number are individually pressed into the plastic card with alphanumeric punches and dies.
---Tipping
Tipping is a coloured foil that is applied to the embossed area on the front of the card.A plastic card that has the characters tipped with color are more attractive,helping to insure a greater sense of value to your customer.Colors most often used are gold and silver.Other colors are available.
 
Magnetic Stripe
---Magnetic Stripe
Magnetic stripe is a short strip of magnetic tape attached to a card;it contains data that will tell a reading device about your customer profile.It is common to add a magnetic stripe and a signature panel(writing panel) on membership card.
---Encoding
Encoding is the information programmed in the magnetic stripe.This allows the card to be swiped through a card reading device that is designed to retrieve the information on the magnetic stripe.
---Hi-Co & Lo-Co
HiCo stands for High Coercivity (2750OE) and LoCo for Low Coercivity (300OE) ,which basiccally means the density of the magnetic particles in the stripe.Generally,it is more defficult to accidentally erase HICO magnetic stripes,but card readers have to be adapted to read HICO.
 
Thermal Printing
---Thermal Printing

Thermal printing is a printing process that uses heat to transfer an ink coating onto the card.The ribbon color melt and is transferred to the card in a series of dots,which create the desired image onto the card. Character size and font selection are variable.Various colors are available for the printed characters.

 ---Scratch-off
Scratch-off provides a visual barrier to specific information such as a "PIN" number or password that needs to be secured.They adhere on PVC card and can be easily removed by the end user with a voin or fingernail with no danger of the underlying information being destroyed.
 ---Barcode
A barcode is a machine readable representation of information in the widths and spacings of printed parallel lines(or concentric circles,in at least one symbology).They can be read by optical scanners called barcode readers or scanned from an image by special software.
